Production Operators

The Production Operator would be placed on one of our production lines to produce our belts.  We offer a beginning hourly rate of $15.74

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Must have the capability to lift up to 45-50 pounds and stand for long hours.
  • Must be open to work 2nd or 3rd shift.

Warehouse Operators

Order picking, processing orders, stocking, sorting, and replenishment.  Keeping our warehouse clean and organize to make it safe for everyone.  We offer a beginning hourly rate of $15.48

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Must have the capability to lift up to 45-50 pounds and stand for long hours.
  • Must be open to work 1st or 2nd shift.

Warehouse Group Leader

  • Train, develop and evaluate staff.
  • Clearly articulates the business direction to team members and ensures it is understood and embraced.
  • Support management in the development of planning, policies, programs, and objectives.
  • Fosters a team environment in which new knowledge and ideas drive growth.
  • Ensure all team members are actively pursuing completion of department development plan.
  • Provide effective feedback and coaching to team members.
  • Supervise daily activities in the department.
  • Schedule team members to meet the demands of the business.
  • Resolution of issues (service, quality, costs).
  • Manage and oversee administrative functions to ensure that all paperwork is processed efficiently and in a timely manner and meets all compliance requirements.
  • Assure safety related activities i.e. safety talks, through accident investigation, good housekeeping are maintained and followed continuously.

Requirements

  • Must have the ability to lift 45-50lbs and to work on an off shift
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • High School Diploma required.

Maintenance Group Leader

 
Main Duties
  • Ensure the maintenance goals are met in accordance with quality and safety goals. Oversee, lead and develop a highly experienced skilled workforce within a Union environment that will provide and maintain continuous productivity with cost reduction in mind.
  • Supervise daily activities of the department.
  • Schedule maintenance team members to meet the demands of the business.
  • Insures that maintenance work order targets are met on a consistent basis
  • Resolution of issues (service, quality, costs).
  • Recommends modifications to equipment.
  • Manage and oversee administrative functions to ensure that all paperwork is processed efficiently and in a timely manner and meets all compliance requirements.
  • Assure safety related activities i.e. safety talks, through accident investigation, good housekeeping are maintained and followed continuously.
  • Monitors and controls environmental impact in relationship to all design and maintenance of
  • MBL facility and production equipment.
  • Possess skill and knowledge to coach, mentor, train, all Maintenance Department associates in order to develop a highly experience skilled workforce.
  • Champions teamwork spirit

Required:

  • Associates Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and multitask
  • Must be good communicator
  • Four (4) years industry experience
  • Knowledge of A.C. and D.C. motors and controls, 480 VAC
  • Knowledge of Hydraulics, and Pneumatics
  • Proficient in Excel; intermediate PowerPoint skills
  • 6S / lean manufacturing knowledge

Preferred:

  • Automotive/rubber industry supplier or industrial experience
  • Exposure with a union environment
