Production Operator

Job Summary:

Production operators will perform basic machine operations in a safe manner to include; stacking or measuring raw material, handling finished product, maintaining machines, performing quality inspections, and making minor machine adjustments to ensure products meet our high quality standards.

We offer a beginning hourly rate of $17.86

Includes a $500 Hiring Bonus!  

  • Must have the capability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long hours.
  • Must be open to work 2nd or 3rd shift
  • 18 years of age

Bonus terms: payouts will occur in installments, must be employed at the time of payout, additional terms and conditions may apply.

Warehouse Operator

Full-time and Part-time positions available.

Job Summary

Order picking, processing orders, stocking, sorting, and replenishment.  Keeping our warehouse clean and organize to make it safe for everyone.  

We offer a beginning hourly rate of $17.86

Includes a $500 Hiring Bonus! (part time not eligible for bonus)

  • Must have the capability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long hours.
  • Must be open to work 2nd or 3rd shift for full-time positions
  • Part-time 1st and 2nd shift positions available
  • 18 years of age

Bonus terms: payouts will occur in installments, must be employed at the time of payout, additional terms and conditions may apply.

Industrual Maintenance

-Mechanic

-Electrician

Mechanic Job Summary:

  • Perform regular preventative maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.
  • Perform emergency / unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and shut down periods.
  • Read and interpret equipment manuals, blueprints, and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
  • Diagnose problems, replace, or repair parts, test and make adjustments. 
  • Detect faulty operations, effective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.
  • Knowledge and ability to operate power and manual tools
  • Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions

Electrician Job Summary:

  • Installs, repairs, and maintains motors, transformers, generators, lights, appliances, circuits, wiring, and other electrical system equipment and components in compliance with electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Operates a variety of electrical testing equipment in locating and determining types of electrical malfunctions.
  • Studies plans, drawings, specifications, and work orders to determine work requirement and sequence of repairs and/or installations.
  • Repairs and maintains high voltage systems.
  • Ability to use the tools, equipment, and materials common to the electrical trade. 
  • Understanding of applicable electrical codes, standards, and regulations. 
  • Understanding of electrical application for high and low voltage electric system. 
  • Ability to complete installation, repair, and maintenance of all types of electrical system equipment and components

Requirements:

  • Must have the capability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long hours.
  • Must be able to work 2nd shift
  • 18 years of age
  • Mechanical / Electrical Certificate is a plus!**

 

Warehouse Group Leader 3rd shift

Job Summary:

The Group Leader will plan, organize, and monitor the receiving, storage, and distribution of all items received, from suppliers or production, ensuring a smooth and consistent operation so parts and supplies are located and distributed in an effective and efficient manner as needed to satisfy internal and external customer requirements.

  • Supervise daily activities of the department
  • Schedule warehouse associates to meet the demands of the business
  • Insures that warehouse targets are met on a consistent basis through auditing and observation
  • Resolution of issues (service, quality, costs)
  • Manage and oversee administrative functions to ensure that all paperwork is processed efficiently and in a timely manner and meets all compliance requirements
  • Lead projects to foster 6S, assure safety related activities are completed including thorough accident investigation when applicable, good housekeeping is to be maintained and followed continuously
  • Evaluates operating methods and procedures for improvements and total quality
  • Focuses on innovative and creative ways to achieve desired results in the areas of accuracy, productivity, service, cost effectiveness and growth and development of team members
  • Associate is responsible for departments that are required to work or be on call on weekends as well as company holidays
 
Requirements:
  • At least two (2) years supervisory experience in a warehouse and logistics environment
  • Four (4) years in-house warehouse and logistics experience or equivalent
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Exposure with a union environment
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and multitask
  • Must be a good communicator
  • Must be able to work on an off-shift and overtime hours
  • Associate’s Degree preferred

 

                                     
Lotistics Clerk

Position Summary:

Provide clerical support for the logistics team, assisting with completed shipping and order processing paperwork.

Duties:

  • Sort, scan, and save completed shipping paperwork
  • Assist in monitoring logistics order intake log
  • Assist with tracking shipments and provide delivery and freight cost information
  • Prepare documents needed to process customer orders including pick tickets and labels per customer specifications
  • Create and maintain customer files and purge regularly
  • Assist with incoming carrier calls and carrier scheduling
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Key Requirements:

  • High School with an equivalent work experience 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and multitask
  • Must be good communicator
  • Proficient keyboarding skills


 

Quality Inspection Operator

Job Summary:

Primary responsibility is to visually inspect product.

Duties:

  • Verify belt length and vibration
  • Trim off any excess rubber or fabric Perform visual inspection to check for flaws or out of specification conditions. Record on warehouse sheets
  • Load inspected belts into baskets
  • Follow all established quality guidelines.
  • Follow all established safety guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
