The use of carbon tensil cord suppresses belt elongation and enables high load transmission. In addition, by using a special compounded rubber, about 1.5 times the transmission capacity of the MEGA TORQUE G Timing Belts has been achieved. Therefore, the belt width can be designed to be narrow. Wear-resistant and low-friction fabric is used to improve durability under heavy loads.
Larger power transmission capacity
New cord material minimizes belt stretch and withstands higher power transmission capacity.
Powertransmission capacity is more than 1.5 times of Mega Torque G.
Long operation life
Introducing anti-abrasive low friction fabric brings high durability at higher torque.
Belt life is 2 times longer than Mega Torque G.
Low noise
Running noise is reduced by 18% from regular timing belt when you use specially designed pulley and narrower belt.
*Specially desined pulley is required.
