Warehouse Group Leader
What you will do:
- Provide direction and leadership to warehouse employees to achieve company goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Ensure safety, quality, and 6S goals are maintained daily.
- Motivate, develop, and engage warehouse employees.
- Maintain departmental day-to-day scheduling to meet the shipping targets.
- Monitor and prioritize workflow and schedules to achieve warehouse goals and customer requirements.
- Various administrative duties: scheduling, reporting, auditing, etc.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Experience supervising in a warehouse environment.
- Strong problem solving and decision-making ability.
- Strong understanding of company policies and procedures.
- Ability to coach and mentor warehouse employees.
Schedule:
- 2nd shift 3:00pm to 11:30 pm, some overtime expected.
Other:
- Non-bargaining position
- FLSA status non-exempt
- 1.5 times the hourly rate of pay for hours worked over 40 in the work week
- Salary: $48,500, plus shift diff @ $0.65 per hour worked, based on skill and experience
- Full-time benefit eligibility for medical, dental, vision, life, 401k, PTO
Industrial Maintenance Electrician
What you will do:
- Wearing all appropriate personal protective equipment, maintaining a clean and orderly work area, following proper work procedures
- Comply with OSHA safety rules.
- Installs, repairs, and maintains motors, transformers, generators, lights, appliances, circuits, wiring, and other electrical system equipment and components in compliance with electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
- Operates a variety of electrical testing equipment in locating and determining types of electrical malfunctions.
- Studies plans, drawings, specifications, and work orders to determine work requirement and sequence of repairs and/or installations.
- Repairs and maintains high voltage systems.
- Understanding of applicable electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
- Understanding of electrical application for high and low voltage electric system.
- Other duties as required by business needs or as assigned by management once training is completed.
- Encouraged to participate in the PQA program
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2 years Industrial Electrician experience, Electrician certification is a plus**
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be good communicator
- Able to lift 50lbs
- Capable of climbing a ladder 20’
- Work with arms over head for short lengths of time
- Must be able to stand for long hours
Schedule:
- 2nd shift 3:00pm to 11:30 pm, some overtime expected.

- Hourly: $32.11, plus shift diff @ $0.65 per hour worked
