Warehouse Group Leader

What you will do:

  • Provide direction and leadership to warehouse employees to achieve company goals and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Ensure safety, quality, and 6S goals are maintained daily.
  • Motivate, develop, and engage warehouse employees.
  • Maintain departmental day-to-day scheduling to meet the shipping targets.
  • Monitor and prioritize workflow and schedules to achieve warehouse goals and customer requirements.
  • Various administrative duties: scheduling, reporting, auditing, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience supervising in a warehouse environment.
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making ability.
  • Strong understanding of company policies and procedures.
  • Ability to coach and mentor warehouse employees.

Schedule:

  • 2nd shift 3:00pm to 11:30 pm, some overtime expected.

Other:

  • Non-bargaining position
  • FLSA status non-exempt
  • 1.5 times the hourly rate of pay for hours worked over 40 in the work week
  • Salary: $48,500, plus shift diff @ $0.65 per hour worked, based on skill and experience

Industrial Maintenance Electrician

What you will do:

  • Wearing all appropriate personal protective equipment, maintaining a clean and orderly work area, following proper work procedures
  • Comply with OSHA safety rules.
  • Installs, repairs, and maintains motors, transformers, generators, lights, appliances, circuits, wiring, and other electrical system equipment and components in compliance with electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Operates a variety of electrical testing equipment in locating and determining types of electrical malfunctions.
  • Studies plans, drawings, specifications, and work orders to determine work requirement and sequence of repairs and/or installations.
  • Repairs and maintains high voltage systems.
  • Understanding of applicable electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Understanding of electrical application for high and low voltage electric system.
  • Other duties as required by business needs or as assigned by management once training is completed.
  • Encouraged to participate in the PQA program

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 2 years Industrial Electrician experience, Electrician certification is a plus**
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must be good communicator
  • Able to lift 50lbs
  • Capable of climbing a ladder 20’
  • Work with arms over head for short lengths of time
  • Must be able to stand for long hours

Schedule:
