Plant Electrical Engineer

Position Summary:

The Plant Electrical Engineer will perform a variety of engineering work in designing, planning and overseeing manufacture, construction, installation, operation and maintenance of plant equipment.

What you will do:

    • Coordinate custom equipment installations, support maintenance, and provide documentation and review their activities to ensure compliance with code requirements.
    • Troubleshoot equipment as required, supervise critical repairs or replacements, preventative maintenance, and provide plans to increase equipment reliability.
    • Utilize AutoCAD software to help create, update, maintain, and translate electrical drawings.
    • Design, update, and improve upon existing and outdated electrical equipment and components.
    • Inspect completed installations, observe operations, and ensure conformance to intended design specifications.
    • Assist in reviewing new and existing equipment to ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
    • Help prepare purchase specifications for components, materials, and equipment.
    • Observe and mentor Maintenance team members as necessary.
    • Investigate and review new vendor products and assist in prototyping new technology into our current plant methodology.
    • Assist in the development of capital projects for the purchase of new equipment, enhancement of existing equipment and major repairs to existing assets.
    • Make concerted efforts to ensure projects are completed satisfactorily, on time, and within budget.
    • Compile data and potential engineering changes to enhance the efficiency, throughput, and manpower requirements of existing equipment.

Key Requirements:

    • Preferred education: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, with a minimum of five (5) years “hands on” experience in maintenance/plant electrical engineering in a manufacturing environment.
    • In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, a minimum two (2) year associate’s degree with at least 5-8 MS Office software and MS Excel in a functional level
    • Proficient in PLC programming & troubleshooting (Omron & A/B).
    • Pro-face & A/B HMI programming.
    • Relay logic & machine troubleshooting.
    • Proficient with A.C. and D.C. motors and controls of various voltages.
    • Hydraulics and Pneumatics are required. Steam systems would be a plus.
    • Proficient at reading and developing electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic schematics along with P&ID’s.
    • Sharp attention to detail.
    • Excellent organizational skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and multi-task.
    • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
    • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
    • May be required to travel internationally on occasion.

Maintenance Planner

Position Summary:

The Maintenance Planner position is responsible for assisting with the development of reliability-based maintenance strategy based on preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance. The position works directly with the Maintenance Manager and Group Leaders to ensure timely and comprehensive equipment maintenance.

What you will do:

  • Review all equipment to determine the maintenance plan required. Setup the PM/PdM plan in the CMMS for each piece of equipment, including frequency, mechanical and electrical tasks, parts required, tools required, and safety procedures.
  • Setup and maintain all predictive and preventive maintenance plans in CMMS to maximize equipment reliability.
  • Maintain equipment records in CMMS. Add new equipment records and inactivate equipment records for equipment that is removed.
  • Maintain the critical equipment and spare parts list.
  • Generate PM and PdM work orders in the CMMS to ensure timely completion of work.
  • Seek input from maintenance staff to continually improve and adjust PM plans based on equipment and part performance/failure.
  • Monitor and analyze downtime data to detect trends.
  • Review work requests, collaborate with requestor, and generate work orders to complete work.
  • Plan the work orders including estimated labor by craft.
  • Prepare weekly maintenance performance metrics for review.

Key Requirements:

  • Associates Degree in Maintenance or related field or Technical Trade Degree, preferred
  • 8 years of hands on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Solid understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, A/C and D/C motors, servomotors, electrical systems, and PLC.
  • Assist in troubleshooting breakdowns of mechanical and electrical equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
  • Microsoft Office, CAD, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
  • Ability to be on call and work long hours including weekends and holiday shutdown periods.

3rd Shift Maintenance Group Leader

Position Summary:

Ensure the maintenance goals are met in accordance with quality and safety goals. Oversee, lead and develop a highly experienced skilled workforce within a Union environment that will provide and maintain continuous productivity with cost reduction in mind.

What you will do:

  • Supervise daily activities of the department.
  • Schedule maintenance team members to meet the demands of the business.
  • Insures that maintenance work order targets are met on a consistent basis
  • Resolution of issues (service, quality, costs).
  • Recommends modifications to equipment to the Maintenance Manager
  • Manage and oversee administrative functions to ensure that all paperwork is processed efficiently and in a timely manner and meets all compliance requirements.
  • Assure safety related activities i.e. safety talks, thorough accident investigation, good housekeeping are maintained and followed continuously.
  • Monitors and controls environmental impact in relationship to all design and maintenance of MBL facility and production equipment.
  • Possess skill and knowledge to coach, mentor, train, all Maintenance Department associates in order to develop a highly experience skilled workforce.

Key Requirements:

  • Industrial Electrician Certificate or Associate’s Degree in a related field, preferred

Sales & Marketing Coordinator

 Position Summary: 

The Sales & Marketing Coordinator supports day-to-day marketing activities and provides administrative support to the Sales Team and manufacturer representatives. This role manages social media, website updates, marketing emails, blogs, and sales materials while helping maintain accurate, professional, and consistent company communications.

 What you will do: 

  • Plan, create, schedule, and publish LinkedIn and Facebook content, including simple branded graphics and short videos.
  • Monitor emails and social media engagement, respond when appropriate, and route questions or sales inquiries to the correct team member.
  • Update company website content through HubSpot, including page copy, product information, news, resources, links, and images.
  • Create and send marketing emails through HubSpot, including message development, layout, audience selection, proofreading, testing, and scheduling.
  • Research, adapt, and publish blogs and other marketing content using approved source material, templates, and available tools.
  • Maintain the marketing content calendar and coordinate product details, photographs, customer stories, approvals, and deadlines with internal teams, customers, and manufacturer representatives.
  • Review marketing materials for accuracy, brand consistency, and professional presentation.
  • Track and report basic performance metrics for social media, website content, and marketing emails.
  • Create and update presentations, flyers, product literature, customer communications, and other sales and marketing materials.
  • Support the Sales Team and manufacturer representatives with reports, customer and prospect research, data entry, presentations, and follow-up materials.
  • Maintain accurate contact and campaign information in HubSpot, Salesforce, and other company systems.
  • Coordinate brochures, literature, samples, and promotional items for customers, manufacturer representatives, and the Sales Team.

 Key Requirements: 

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous marketing, social media, sales support, or administrative experience preferred. Relevant internships, coursework, or project experience considered.
  • Experience creating business social media content, simple graphics, and short videos is preferred.
  • Experience with HubSpot or another content management and email marketing platform is preferred.
  • Microsoft Office 365 experience is required. Salesforce, Adobe Creative Cloud, or digital analytics experience is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of LinkedIn and Facebook for business use and a basic understanding of digital marketing practices.
  • Basic graphic design and video creation skills for social media, including image selection, layout, color, typography, cropping, resizing, and simple video editing.
  • Ability to learn and use HubSpot for website updates, email marketing, blog publishing, contact management, and basic reporting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and comfort using CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and Acrobat, is preferred.
  • Ability to review, edit, and proofread content and use templates, source materials, and available tools to create clear, professional communications.
