Snowmobiles

Snowmobiles use Mitsuboshi Double Cog Variable Speed (DCVS) belts, which are mounted between the drive and driven pulleys in the CVT system. These belts are designed to handle high torque and fluctuating loads, ensuring reliable performance in extreme cold and deep snow.

 

 

Scooters

Scooters use Mitsuboshi Variable Speed Belts for smooth, automatic acceleration—thanks to excellent flexibility and deformation resistance. EV scooters often use our Rear Wheel Drive Timing Belts, which deliver quiet, efficient power even in dusty or muddy conditions.

Mitsuboshi Rear Wheel Drive Timing Belts are widely used in EV scooters due to their high transmission performance and low noise, even in dusty or muddy conditions. Compared to chains, they reduce sound pressure by up to 7% (*1), require no re-tensioning or oil lubrication, and are 10% lighter—contributing to better energy efficiency and reduced maintenance. These belts also offer excellent durability and improve transmission efficiency by up to 0.4% compared to chain drives (*2), making them a quiet, clean, and reliable choice for modern electric scooters.
